Recently installed in Perth this property now has a relicable Hot Water System
Coast Runner installed a gas box then liaised with Atco gas to bring gas into the property as it has never had gas in the past.
They where relying on an instantaneous electric hot water which would need to be replaced every 2 to 3 years.
The overall outlay off costs was not expensive and now they have a reliable heat source that is guaranteed for a minimum of 10 years. Further to this I have left a capped gas point in the ceiling for a future connection to a gas cook top.
With the gas pipe sizing I have allowed for future expansion of gas appliances through the house.
