Coast Runner are currently working on a project in Karrinyup. The client has purchased the house and is now doing a full renovation.
We are working closely with them to ensure they make the best possible fixture and tapware selections for a better outcome.
We have also spent time helping set up the layout of the bathrooms to maximize space.
When changing the gas hot water system, an upgrade to the size of the gas main was required to suit the high consumption of gas with the new system.
Early on the client was advised to change all plastic water mains internally due to the fact the product does not have a great track record.
In walls it was advised to use welded copper throughout and a highly specified plastic water main in ceilings. The client agreed to have this completed and couldn’t be happier with the outcome.
All other work completed has been prepared for cabinets and tiling to proceed.
